Indashio Fashion Week 2010 Red Carpet Collection Debut Coverage on Tripodder.com

Thursday, February 18th, 2010

INDASHIO responds joyfully seeing his models dressed in his new Red Carpet Collection. Photo By Kelci House

Kelci House of Up Fashion Magazine reports from New York’s Fashion week 2010 on behalf of Tripodder.com to cover Celebrity Fashion Designer Indashio’s “Red Carpet Collection” Debut with backstage access.

The Indashio “Red Carpet” fashion show took place at Tenjune in the Meatpacking district tonight. After opening the doors, the downstairs of the bar was quickly hoping with guest trying to get warm to signature cocktails by Svedka Vodka, Liquid Lightning Energy Drinks and Blue Coat Gin. The vibe was rocking and the music definitely reflected the mood, funky and hot.

“I drew my inspiration this season from all of the glamorous and beautiful red carpet events that I have attended and I want my audience to experience the glitz and glamour associated with Red Carpet events” Indashio told Tripodder.com.

As guests rolled in, celebs lined up for the paparazzi. The styles off the runway were definitely something to note but when the show started all heads were turned to Indashio’s collection. As the first model danced onto the runway, literally, her ballet style dress started the event off beautifully. Every outfit followed suit, impeccably put together and beautifully worn. Although the show only lasted five minutes, it definitely left a lasting impression.

Louisville Flood

Tuesday, August 4th, 2009

Photo: Eric RutmanA flood has hit Louisville, Kentucky and the entire Kentuckiana closing streets, the University of Louisville campus, and causing emergency car rescues this morning. University of Louisville officials say that it is not even safe to leave campus (see video below).  Police are urging people to stay indoors and off the streets until the threat passes.

It began earlier this morning when over three inches of rain fell in approximately two hours during rush hour. The Rubbertown area in western Louisville was hit with more than 6 inches of rain in three hours. The National Weather Service  reports that some parts of the city were also pelted by marble-sized hail for as long as 20 minutes. Many roads  are being reported  as impassable in cities and towns across Clark County.

While the rain has stopped during this hour, the threat continues. A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 4 PM today for south central Indiana north central Kentucky.
